Ingredients

  • 100 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 packet of digestive biscuits (or shortbread biscuits)
  • 300g cream cheese, softened
  • 300g tinned custard
  • Pecan nuts, chopped (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (preferably salted caramel sauce)
  • Dairy
  • Nuts

Directions

Prep the biscuit base by crushing the digestive biscuits in a food processor or by hand using a rolling pin and a plastic bag. You want a mix of fine crumbs and some larger chunks for texture.

Whip Up the Baileys Filling by beating the softened cream cheese and Baileys Irish Cream together in a large bowl until smooth and deliciously creamy.

Now comes the fun part! Layer the ingredients in each jar, starting with the biscuit crumb mixture. Add a generous scoop of the Baileys cheesecake filling on top, followed by a dollop of custard. Finally, drizzle with your favourite salted caramel sauce - don't hold back!

Before serving, add the final flourish to your masterpieces by topping your Baileys salted caramel cheesecake jars with a sprinkle of chopped pecans.

Now, the best bit, grab the spoon and dig into this no-bake dessert masterpiece!
